B'Nai B'Rith Youth Organization (BBYO) subleases half a floor at 2020 K Street NW, a Class A office building located in DC's Central Business District.  Due to growth, BBYO needed to make some alterations to existing space to house new employees and make the overall space more functional.  BBYO hired OTJ Architects to devise a cost effection solution. BBYO hired POUNDS to implement OTJ's plan of building custom workstations in the main open section of the office.  The plan also called for two existing offices to be converted to meeting rooms.  POUNDS successfully performed an in-place renovation to BBYO's space while BBYO remained in the space and was able to maintain business as usual.
